Contrary to popular beliefs in regards to the present economic situation.I do believe these are exciting times for those of us in the real estate industry.

As a real estate broker here in coral springs Florida i see this as a time of reassessment, we need to accept the fact that the market has changed and see the need to make the proper adjustments to our marketing,recruiting, agent training and customer/client marketing. Continually  educating ourselves in order to provide  the (A+++) service that the public should expect from a real estate practioner.

This is not a time to panick but to think "outside the box" . Times of great adversity has always been a breeding ground for new and great ideas So lets not have a panick attack lets have a plan of success .
